In the originally published version of this manuscript em dashes were inadvertently added in place of short dashes and spaces, particularly in the canonical name of the database being described.

In addition to this changes have also been made to the formatting of Table 1 to aid understanding. No changes have been made to the content.

These errors, for which the publisher apologizes, have been corrected.
